1. Contact form

Processing of contact requests

  • Purpose: to receive, answer and follow up on your requests.
  • Data: name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), message, language.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest for general enquiries; pre-contractual measures for sales / quote requests.
  • Recipients: authorised staff of QUALEA SAS; necessary technical service providers.
  • Processors: host (4c4 SAS — RCS Lyon 911 741 767 — 30 rue du 35e Régiment d’Aviation, 69500 Bron), data storage, email delivery service.
  • Retention: 12 months maximum after the last exchange, excluding contractual, legal or litigation obligations.
  • Transfers outside the EEA: none planned (data hosted in the EU).

2. Job applications

Processing of applications

  • Purpose: receiving, reviewing and managing applications.
  • Data: name, email, phone (optional), motivation message (optional), CV.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the applicant's request.
  • Recipients: staff authorised for recruitment; necessary technical service providers.
  • Processors: host (4c4 SAS — RCS Lyon 911 741 767 — 30 rue du 35e Régiment d’Aviation, 69500 Bron), file storage (CVs).
  • Retention: duration of the recruitment + 3 months maximum after it closes (unless talent-pool consent, see below).
  • Transfers outside the EEA: none planned.

3. Talent pool

Retention for future opportunities

  • Purpose: keep the application to offer future job opportunities.
  • Legal basis: consent (optional checkbox, unticked, independent of submission).
  • Retention: 2 years maximum from the last contact; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Recipients: staff authorised for recruitment.

4. Google Maps

The Google Maps map is never loaded automatically: no request is sent to Google before you click “Show the map”. After that click, Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) may process your IP address and store or read trackers, under its own rules (policies.google.com/privacy).

Processing related to Google Maps

  • Purpose: display the location of our offices.
  • Legal basis: consent (loaded on click).
  • Recipient: Google.
  • Transfers outside the EEA: possible to the United States (Google), framed by standard contractual clauses / the Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies and trackers

The site sets no non-essential cookies or trackers before you act. Fonts are hosted locally (no CDN calls). The only third party that may set trackers is Google Maps, and only after your click (see §4). As no consent-based tracker is used on load, no cookie banner is required.
